韩国防部长：朝韩爆发全面战争可能性不大

据韩国SBS电视台网站4月3日报道，朝鲜3日向韩国发送通知，禁止韩方人员进入开城工业园区，只允许人员离开园区返回韩国。对此，韩国防部表示，若开城工业园区内韩方人员生命安全受到威胁，韩方会采取相应的军事措施。

　　韩国防部长金宽镇当天在朝核安保战略特别委员会上表示，应该阻止开城工业园区朝最坏的方向发展。韩国防部会优先考虑民众的人身安全，并正在制定相应的对策。一旦事态失去控制，韩方将采取包括军事措施在内的周全的对策。但金宽镇认为，目前朝韩间爆发全面战争的可能性不大。

　　此外，韩国内有分析认为，朝鲜宣称要关闭开城工业园区也是一种“心理战”。朝鲜还将继续韩国开展各种类型的心理战，包括进行网络战以及GPS扰乱等。
